I enjoy their different stories, dreams, passions and having a role in helping them to be and feel their most beautiful. It’s a blessing to make connections and friendships with guests. I enjoy constantly expanding my techniques in the fun, family atmosphere of Bloom Salon, including certification in Brazilian Blowout. I look forward to meeting you and co-creating a gorgeous look you will love!

My name is Chris and I have been in the beauty industry for 10 years, serving the Florida communities of Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, and Wellington. In my career, I have strived to learn everything I could in the industry from managing my own salon to educating stylists. I really enjoy learning new techniques to constantly grow, to better serve my guests. My partner and I recently decided to relocate to Tucson to start a new life in the desert with family here. We enjoy gardening and are working to turn our home into an oasis for our family of 5 dogs. I look forward to meeting you and bringing my passion and experience for beauty to fulfill your creative style vision.

I decided to become a stylist after 5 years as an elementary school teacher. I realized I needed to have more fun at work in order to be happy in my career, and hair styling was always a strong interest of mine! When a client walks into the salon, I want them to immediately feel the weight of their day lifted off their shoulders. I’ve developed some amazing friendships and connections with the strong women who sit in my chair. I love bonding with fellow moms who are just surviving every day like I am. It’s the people I meet who make this job special. Having a chance to make them feel beautiful both inside and out is just an added bonus. When I am not working I love planning elaborate themed parties. I also have a passion for percussion. When I was at the U of A, I played in the marching band’s drumline for 4 years!

I have been a stylist for 7 years and I absolutely love getting to know my clients! It’s awesome seeing the excitement on their faces when they try out a new style! I am a licensed cosmetologist as well as a massage therapist. I am certified in Diva Cut, which is a hair technique that restores bounce to curly hair, as well as Moroccan Oil Haircutting, Brazilian Blowout, Keratin Smoothing Systems, Waxing/ Hair Removal and Murrad and Dermalogica Skin Care. When I’m not working, I love to try new restaurants, going out to get drinks and dance, and of course, spend time with my family and catch up on Netflix.

I’ve been a stylist for 10 years but as far back as I can remember, I was enamoured by glamour and beauty. Even as a little girl, I would play dress up and do my best to create my best version of the beauty I saw everywhere! While going through my training, I had the deep knowledge that I was doing EXACTLY what I am called to do… That natural flow energizes me and fills me with confidence – confidence my designs can inspire in every woman I touch. It is a humbling honor to create AMAZING, GORGEOUS results for my clients, while we are chatting away, laughing and enjoying that special connection that is only built on total trust. It fills my heart with joy to do what I do! I love every aspect of my job, but specialize in color correction. I enjoy helping a client who has had a bad experience at another salon regain trust and start to just relax and enjoy being pampered, knowing they will look gorgeous when they leave. In my free time I love to work out, explore restaurants (which is why I work out), and share adventures with my family.
Lori Escalante, Owner
I was raised in an entrepreneurial family and have spent most of my life building my own businesses, Escalante Concrete Construction and Escalante Concrete Texas. The fun, challenges and experiences in a male-dominated industry have pushed me to overcome personal and professional obstacles to allow my VERY BEST to emerge in all aspects of my life! The passion and confidence necessary to create and maintain one of Arizona’s oldest and well-respected brands inevitably spill over into other areas of interest. One major area is I strive for excellence in my health: organic nutrition, fitness, and seeking out a self-care regimen that brings about maximum vitality in all other areas of my life so that I can play full out and perform at my best!
That passion, along with my daughter Erica’s incredible talent as a visionary Master Stylist, inspired us to create a salon where we can inspire maximum confidence, wellbeing, health and vitality for our clients! This shared new vision for luxury salon services is built on our belief in self-love, self-care, organic products and the highest quality formulas available to create incredibly rich, healthy, beautiful results.
